I'm in the office on a Sunday, still without a PC of my own, working on the next Crashlander strip for Edge. I'm going to a wedding later today, which will be my second wedding since I got to New York and my first heavy metal wedding ever. It's in a bar on the East Side, no dress code, free drinks and brawling, I'm told, is inevitable. I bought some new trainers just for the occasion, some Adidas Torsion ZX8000 in black, but they have weird sizes here and they're UK size 9 1/2 instead of 10. They're crushing my feet like a vice. If my toenails go black and fall off I'll only have myself to blame.

In other news, I got to ride in a Lincoln Continental this week, which is not so much a car as an oil tanker with an 8-track. We put Frank Sinatra on and rolled around a few corners to the next bar. I don't know what the suspension is made of to get the entire car to tip 20 degrees on either side like that. Cotton buds and soup, I'm thinking.

And the final episode of Who Wants To Be A Superhero? was on Sunday. The crowning turd on a dung heap of a series. A guy called Feedback won, a fellow whose super power seemed to be leaving his mouth open a lot. Stan Lee, you've let me down.

Okay, I have to go, I'm running late. There's an new Edge strip up here, from the latest issue.
